Hello
I help individuals and organisations stress-test important strategic decisions before they commit time, money, or reputation.
My work combines leadership and management education up to Level 8 on the RQF educational level (doctorate level) with a background in psychology, mental health and counselling-informed qualifications.
Using a structured decision framework informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy principles, I assess planned moves through four viability vectors: intent, capability, culture and governance. CBT principles align thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Applied to decision-making, this means removing emotion, assumption, panic and ego — replacing wishful thinking and distorted reasoning with structured, disciplined analysis.
Having run my own business, I know that high-stakes decisions rarely feel straightforward. It was building a structured framework — one that took the emotion out and brought discipline in — that changed how I approached them.
Each decision is RAG-rated to identify whether it is viable, conditionally viable, or requires strengthening before action is taken.
This is not financial, legal, clinical, or investment advice. It is structured decision support designed to expose risk, challenge assumptions, and improve decision quality before commitment.
If you have a significant decision ahead, I'd welcome a conversation.
