4VM stress-tests a strategic move across four vectors: Intent, Capability, Culture, and Governance.

For each vector, the customer works through a structured series of questions and assigns a RAG rating based on their own judgement. A red rating stops the move in its current form until the issue is resolved.

 

My role is to supply the 4VM question architecture, either through facilitated delivery or self-application. In both cases, usage is granted under a 12-month licence.
